Content Policy

The short version

GraphixOS is a creation tool for comics and graphic novels. You are responsible for what you make and upload here. Create freely, but stay within the law and the limits below. These rules apply to everything on the platform: written story content, AI-generated images, and images you import.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

Imported images: ownership and rights

When you import an image, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. Do not import:

• copyrighted art, photographs, or characters you do not have the rights to use
• photographs of real people used without their consent
• trademarked or brand-owned characters and logos

Prohibited content

You may not create, generate, or import:

• any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors, real or fictional
• content that depicts real, identifiable people in a defamatory, sexual, or misleading way
• content created to harass, threaten, or incite violence against real people or groups
• content that promotes illegal activity

Mature content

GraphixOS supports mature themes for storytelling. The image model used for generation applies its own safety filters and will decline some prompts regardless of your project's audience setting. That is a limit of the model, not a judgement of your project. Imported images are not generated by the model, but they are still subject to the prohibited-content rules above.

Enforcement

Accounts used to create or distribute prohibited content may be suspended or removed. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, the safest assumption is that it is not.
